Found out the problem Fro (and a fix for all of those interested)

The problem: Geocities is case sensitive. Fro used all caps in the
dload file.

The Fix: When it gives you the error message, replace the
filename in lowercase.

Once Fro gets a chance, I'm sure he'll fix that.
