Just a small note. Just because a person is very very fast, doesn't
mean he can't be blocked or defeated. Take this for example.
1. A guy attacks with a sword is blindingly fast, but can't change
his attack in mid stride.
2. The other guys is a bit slower, but far more skilled, he knows
what the attack looks like and knows where the blade will be
long before it gets there, so not only can he parry, he knows
what part is open.

Sometimes speed isn't your friend. Intelligence should and often
does win.
