They tend to not be too difficult to update, I find. Pretty much all the
Attributes are the same, skills are easy to choose the relevant SR3
equivalent, and gear is almost all the same (just restat it to what it is in
SR3). Spells are a bit problematic, as you somewhat have to know what all
the old spells did in order to find the same SR3 spell, as the names have
changed twice since then. One of the biggest problems I find is that old
adventures don't tend to take into account sourcebooks. So you'll find the
"ubercybered bad guy" has only fairly basic cyberware from the main book,
for instance. This usually needs fixing on the GMs part, and it will vary
depending on the power level of the game.

I've restatted a number of old adventures for SR3, and am willing to send my
stats to people (or stick them online perhaps) if there's any interest. I've
only restatted some adventures, though.
