Is it just me or is this one of the most ridiculously overpowered
spells in existance?
The mages in my gaming group are in the habit of casting this
spell at the opposition, leaving the opposition unarmed and unarmored,
and easy targets for the gunners.
Consider a mage with willpower 6, magic pool of 6 casting urbal
renewal at force 4.
He'll make a single success at target number 7 (bye,bye guns)
75% of the time, and resist drain completely >50% of the time, splitting his
magic pool 3 dice force/3 dice drain resist.
An I missing some important section of the rules? Please help me out
here.
