Hmmm good point, I hadn't looked at it like that. Granted it is
powerful, but then so long as it is balanced by other forces. i.e. Lung
considers him dead so he doesn't go after him, Lofwyr is protecting him
from Lung's revenge etc. etc. Actually the player who made this
character is one of my better role players. I think that I'll stick with
this, but keep the dragon aspect well in the background. If the
characters EVER manage to figure it all out, all hell will break loose
(or smoething like that) just another thing to keep the tension high.

Hey, this is new! Someone who says he has good players! Anyway, I'd say
you're right. Stick to it, if you think the player's good enough for it.
You see, if players know what they do at chargen, you can even take the
rules for it out, as they will be more oriented towards balance then
powerful chars (maybe balance means powergul chars. It does in my group).
Test it: Tell him, he's o.k. to take the flaws, but that he mustn't take
the extra points from it. If he says that he just a cool idea for a new
char or something like that, he's not that good, but I think he'll take
it. If he does, you could give him the extra points anyway (I played a
char like that, without the points. I really didn't need them, 'cause
what's the sense of being far more powerful than the other PCs?)

Sounds nice.
