Yes. I give Karma to anyone in my group who trys to develop their character
more than the weekly runs. If someone answers the 20 questions with just a
couple of words I give them 1 karma point. If they turn the questions into
a detailed history of their character written out in paragraphs I will give
them up to 5.

I even had one player who wanted to start writing out a journal. He would
write one page of his characters thoughts and reactions to every run. For
this I would give him 1 or 2 karma based on the content.

I also 1 Karma point for the first character that does anything which stops
the entire gaming group because we are all laughing to hard.

If anyone buys anything that is related to the game ie books, props, food on
game day, they get Karma. Usually around 1 karma for $5. I gave someone 10
karma just for buying a 2nd copy of SRIII so we didn't have to pass it all
around when we got down to playing.

Basically my whole attitude when running Shadowrun is, if you make the game
better for everyone, you deserve a reward.

Ever read through Wordman's version of these? IMO they are
way better, and "go deeper"...

All suspects are guilty, serious. Otherwise they
wouldn't be suspects, would they?

I prefer to think that good ROLEPLAYING is the reward.

Wow! I'd like to read these to!

You might be thinking of Gurth's versions maybe? Don't know, but I'm pretty
sure I never wrote anything like this.

Well then I guess I won't ask you where they are located on your site. :-)
Anyone know where the questions in question are located? I would love to
pass them on to my group.

There's also the "50+ Questions" that I wrote as well, with some help from
the list a long time ago :] You can find them on my Shadowrun page...

Which I promptly stole and modified for my campaigns to 50 questions even. My players
tend to hate them at first, but they eventually come around. ;)

The Big Noby Klub has the Humanity Test. It does a good job of find out
about your character's level of "psychotic-ness".

*puzzled* Oh, hmh, let's dig a bit :), as you should
know better for this. *checks his HD*

Ok, it's made by Blackjack, and IIRC, you can find them
via the Shadowrun Archive or Deep Resonance...

Neither did I, for that matter. I'm pretty sure _someone_ did, because I
remember seeing them posted to this mailing list and, I believe, a web
site. But unless I have amnesia and don't know about it :) I can safely
say I didn't write them, either.
