from memory, the Uzi fires at 600rpm

and you can penalise the Barret .50 sniper rifle with a +TN as
its 2m long and hard to aim.
Or take his Initiative down as its slow to aim compared to a
pistol
Or just use low doorways, tight corridors and corners that slow
him down

That's about right. I couldn't find my Compendium of Modern Firearms last
night to confirm, but most conventional automatic firearms are in the
400-800 rpm range.
