Uhm, Jason, WHERE did you find this? I remember reading it somewhere
but couldn't find it again.

My information comes from several different Q&A sessions with the DLOH.
The various information on what was and was not compatible left many people
confused, so we had Doctor Doom ask him what was and was not compatable.
His answer was basically, nothing was compatable.

For more definitive proof bug either the DLOH, Doctor Doom, or go searching
through last summers logs.

I remember several such sessions but I do not remember the actual response and
I suspect that I may have interpreted it differently from you anyway. But my
view is that the various bits and bobs are incompatible if you try to use them
at the same time. However I've nothing against characters having these toys and
using only one at a time and hence only getting the benefits from one at any
one time. It's not really unbalancing and it allows the rigger/sam combinations
that some people like to play.
