Subject: Vehicle Question

In the RBB it states that replacement engines, etc., for aircraft
and so forth are beyond the scope of the rules, and that the
only way to boost them is customization or Turbocharging. How
the hell do I calculate a customization cost based on an engine
that can't be bought? Suggestions?

For aircraft I base the customization cost on the base
price of the vehicle being modified.
