I'd give it an INT of about 3. Yeah, one of them attacked the T.Rex, but that
was in extreme anger, after the Rex killed the other raptor. They were clever
enough to figure out doors, to use good hunting tactics, etc. Damn dangerous
critters. Give'em Dermal Armor of 1 or 2, like a Troll.
