The Houngan rules in Awakening are also ok, ok it does get a bit
complex at times.
I also have a couple of web sets both of which contain stuff that is
FAR too powerful. These are also very different to the WW and FASA
versions.

I used the Awakenings rules and White Wolf spells (converted to 2nded
with GR2, takes a while but reasonably easy, just watch those
((force/2)+6)D drain codes :) ) for an adventure. Worked fine, and
i'm still not sure anyone ever worked out what was going on.
Either set of rules (WW or FASA) is ok as far as i am concerned.
I really like the WW 'Full Stomach' spell i just wish the PC i hit
with it had failed the body roll :(, would have been funny.

I don't think much of this grabbing bodies, its a 'no defence you're
fragged' anti projecting macigians thing. If you have problems with
astral scouts a few watcher to trigger the alarm will usually do.
In a world where magic is rare
We got a mage snooping about astral = Shadowrunners comming!! load
all weapons, call out the swat team, matrix active alert! Someone
tell Knight Errant :)
The 'you get seen they will guess a runs comming' effect makes one
careful using astral scout as soon as the power levels reach
reasonable corps.
