You are referring to the Steyr AUG, I suppose? There are more weapons with
arrangements like this (the MG 34 machine gun fires semi-auto if you press
the top half of the trigger and full-auto if you press the bottom half), but
most simply use a switch you have to turn or slide into a different
position, which would be a Simple Action (not Free, that's only with a
smartgun) in my game. If I were you I'd assume all guns have a selector
_switch_, except for those which are noted as doing the "trigger-trick" :)
