Your reply, while specific, is at contrast to your example, so I'd
like a clarification. :)

Do you mean Heavy Pistols and otherwise weapons in the Heavy Weapon
category? If so, why isn't shotguns (with higher damage than heavy
pistols, wihin this classification?). Or sniper rifles, or assault
rifles?

Sorry, I used a heavy pistol calibur, because anyone that would shoot a car
with a .22 is ridiculous. I was saying that your definition, ie, anything
smaller than MMGs, is considered non-heavy. And yes, it will still affect
vehicles if it's not a heavy weapon.
