If a mage puts a very powerful ward on a greenhouse, and some weird (and
heavy enough) dual nature creature lands on top of it, what is going to
happen with the glass roof ?

If the glass breaks, what would happen to the ward then ? I presume a ward
in a house covers also open windows, but shattered glass roofs ?

That seems to be another one of those "there is no spoon" questions...

Fortunately, to cover this and many other very similar situations, the
Pressing Through A Barrier rules on page 83 in MITS, were written. In your
example, if the glass does not support the creature on its own, the
creature will fall through the glass and straight through the ward. The
creature must resist ward force * 2 D Stun with its Willpower from passing
through the ward (and any damage the glass does, of course). The ward is
untouched by the experience.

It will break, of course :).

In my view, the ward will remain exactly where it is, and the
poor critter will be forced through it as it falls into the hole in the
roof. Very painful.
