Welcome, Nightmare. With a name like yours perhaps you should join
a Cthulhu board :).

Of course Metas are part of Humanity; it's these fools who consider Metas
the next step in evolution that fail to see that connections.

The TOSA should only include Magic-related information. It is a book about
the second Awakening, not tech or society (except as affected by magic). I
favor a separate tech book. We can either wait or work on it concurrently
(there are enough of us to do both, I think).

Suggestion for the TOSA: Legion brought up "awakening" characters, mundanes
who suddenly manifest magical powers. His character Legion is an example.
Perhaps he or someone else would like to write up rules on that.

Another suggestion: Many Moons Ago, a discussion came up regarding the
reclaiming of Essence. I know Hayden has such rules, and they are too
munchkin. Maybe by 2060 (or whenever) long-term studies will have had
the chance to measure a gradual reclaimance of Essence over a period of
time.

And look carefully, there's no T in my name :)

Well, in my list of 'brainstormed content ideas' I just posted, I added a
section called 'the 2054 Deap Earth Catalog', whish is essentially a tech
section, but wrapped up a little in the mystique of the 2nd Awakening.

That could be interesting. Sort of like a second type of adept. You have
access to all of the powers (unlike adepts), but your magic score is
halved because you are not a full mage.

Or something like that.

Muchkinism is only munchkinism if it cannot be adaquately explained. I
have rules for essence regeneration, but I also have full explainations of
why.
