Hello, this is your Shamman of good health here. How are you today, and does
this list work?


Another new spell that was passing through my mind in the MetaManipulation
category was the
Switch L4

This modifies a spell to allow the mana flow to not manifest in a given effect
such as increase strength until a command has been given. It allows a command
to turn the spell off as well, while preserving the spell for future use.
