defines a dabbler. Skill with computers makes him a slightly educated
dabbler. People with a little skill and a tortoise are what I call moving
targets. A true master of the Virtual Universe must know the matrix, their
deck, and themselves inside and out. If their deck is not top of their own line
then it does not deserve to be called a true deck. My deck is a True deck. A
Fuchi Cyber 4 is a true calculator. Systems that you could not even dream of
finding are my playground. Other so called deckers are mere toys to be played
