The whole combat turn sequence for vehicle combat is different,
the movement of the vehicle per turn comes out to (Crusing Speed) x
(Number of successes on position test) for fleeing and persuit. I think
(from my perception of the vehicle rules) that different actions during
the turn for vehicles are solely to determine who shoots at who and when.
(Pages 104-107 SRII).
