Answer: stun damage affects you mind, makes you all groggy and lethargic -
unable to focus on things or think quite so quick. All of this is *very*
applicable even to a character with wires. He may have the skill at his
finger tips, but he must decide when and how to use it. That decision takes
longer and is harder to make when you have a headache "this big". :)
