Ah! <light bulb> Speaking about unusual words ...

In our campaign, the Universal Brotherhood is different, and we
uncovered someone who was involved with the UB who was making
large donations to `The Institute for Hermandleptical Contrition'.

Any ideas out there as to what `hermandleptical' means? I suspect
that it's in the realm of magic/alchemy, and it may be spelt creatively.
