Correct. The reason that it is outlawed is best typified by looking at the kind of wounds
it give. My father
was stationed in Beruit for a couple of years with the UN, and has a couple of 'year
books'. WP has a
nasty effect that when it hits your skin, it burns, and keeps burning untill it is all
used up. It is sticky, so it
burns into your body, right to the bone... Very ugly stuff.

It also burns under water and can't be smothered out. A friend of mine
got hit by a WP grenade in Viet Nam. Needless to say he has had A LOT of
plastic surgery.
