Nothing in the rules about this but, I once made a character that
had .3 essence. Is this legal or is she dead? She died in a helicopter
wreck anyway. the front got blown off, and she was not strapped in when
it hit the sandy beach. oh well.

The character was fine. You die if you have negative essense. Thats it,
according to the rules. Zero is fine. If you like I (or someone else) can
dig up the two or three page references for you. But, as usual on this list,
variations on the rules abound. I tend to stick to the essense rule very
strictly, as it allows overpowerful sammies otherwise. But others, some make
you go cyberpsycho under one essense, and some make you die at zero. Some even
allow negative essense. Ivys gone from the list for a while, so we can all
safely say "Its your game, do what you like"
