Yet another one of these, but this will have some explanation...the
system is point based, instead of by priorities.

20 Points

Metahumans: 2 points
Attributes: 1 point/6 Attribute Points
Races: 1 point/8 Skill Points
Money: 1 point/200,000=Y=

Mages: 2 points, plus 1 point/10 Force Points
Psis: 3 points, plus 1 point/10 Force Points
Mage Adept: 1 point, plus 1 point/10 Force Points
Psi Adept: 2 points, plus 1 point/10 Force Points
Wild Psi: 1 point, plus 1 point/10 Force Points

Now, here's a system that most of you will probably disagree
with. As it is, it gives MINOR disadvantages to Metahumans, but the
penalties to mages and Psis are greater. The specifics here are
certainly up for debate, of course, and I doubt I'd use this table
myself...but there's the idea.

I like it except Psis costing three as opposed to two for mages. Psis
are going to be less powerful, but otherwise, I like it.

Yes, that's actually how I wanted it. They should be at least a LITTLE
less common in 'Runner parties for a while...
