Since you haven't had any success, I'd speculate that is one of the 'new'
islands that Japan occasionally builds (like the Island the airport is
supposed to be on) from time to time. In other words, it doesn't exist
now, because they build the island in the future. Anyway, if it did
exist, the name would probably be changed after they put all the 'icky
people' on it. It would probably be built with that express purpose in
mind- housing for metahumans.
