Little Rascal's Spell book

Little Rascal has created a new sub-class of manipulation spells. Spell man-
ipulation spells! these are the fun spells that manipulate mana tossed about
by other mages or yourself. One such spell is the Fuze Spell. This spell will
take another spell and cause it to have a trigger. say, for example,
you quicken a fly spell on someone, and have it fuzed to go off in 10 minutes,
or whenever they enter a building. Just to confuse the issue.....:)
