I'd call it, hmmmm, something like a Predator II without the smart
works, loaded with explosive ammo (see the shot he takes at Batty
in J.F. Sebastian's place-- definite pyrotechnic effect). Probably
holds relatively few rounds, though-- no obvious magazine location
and the grip was pretty stubby. Probably held six or eight rounds.

Give Deckard a Firearms 5/Pistol 7 skill and you're set. Of course,
Roy Batty would be a physical adept with Wired (1) or Wired (2),
some increased STR, and a whopper of a Dodge Pool. :)
