Oh boy... this is a tough one, because there really aren't any SRun terms
(at the moment) capable of describing that type of gun. Here's why.

Luthor's gun was a large bore pistol that fired self propelled projectiles.
The technical name for this kind of gun is a "gyrojet". The bullets themselves
are actually tiny rockets complete with solid fuel propellant and miniature
warhead (yeesh. Talk about explosive ammo...). Luthor's gun was particularly
nasty in that the mini-rockets had their own on board IR guidance system as
well. They were capable not only of discriminating between humans and
inanimate objects, but of identifying and tracking the signatures of individual
humans. They also had an insanely tight turning radius. (See the movie.
There was _nowhere_ to hide from these things).

Unfortunately, SRun doesn't have any rules to support gyrojet weapons.
However, if you reeeeealy want to import that gun... well, call it a five shot
magazine load. Automatic -3 to hit intended target, smartgun links
ineffective, no penalties for soft cover. Damage code 8S2, -2 to ballistic
armor (yes, it _is_ that bad). And get this... NO DODGE POOL DICE ALLOWED.
Remember that the target must be a certain distance away in order for the
round to achieve full speed.

And chummer... you better either make 'em REALLY hard to get, less powerful
than I've suggested, or totally unreliable... or the samurai in your party will
have a field day.
