Don't bother with Essence in targeting. Cyber may be warmer than flesh,
maybe not. At normal body temperature levels it won't make that much of a
difference. In fact, some form of imaging targeting would be more reliable
than thermal.

Hmmm... how about a ``skill'' for the tracker, used instead of the
shooter's firearms skill. Don't matter how good you are, self-guided ammo
is as good as its guidance systems.

I'd also limit the level of ``skill'' depending on the calibre of the
round: smaller rounds can't have a big tracker. Maybe 2 for small pistols,
3-4 for heavy pistols, 5-6 for large-bore shotguns (this is all off the
cuff here, so don't flame me for it). This ain't Roger Rabbit here :-).

Oh, how 'bout 200-300 nuyen per level of ``skill'' per round. This stuff
would probably be mil-spec, and even harder to get than saboted DU rounds.
