RE: cyber-fangs for vampire wannabees

Cyberpunk 2020 has something that might be just what you're looking for.

Info:
Implanted fangs (aka Vampires) price: 2000 Y
essence: (3d6)/10 or .105

``_Vampires_: Implangted fangs, usually made up of carbo-glas or superchromed
metal. You can have a full set implanted (called the Sharkgrin Special, it
causes 1D6/2 in bite damage), or canines only (1D6/3 damage). These are
considered to be "decorative," not black market cyberwear, and can be purchased
in any local clinic. Vampires can be augmented with poison injectors (which
are black cyberwear) for double the normal price.'' [p. 76]

One thing I *haven't* yet converted from CP2020 to SR is damage. My first
impulse is to make it equal to a knife, (Str/2)L1 for the Sharkgrin Special and
perhaps (Str/2)L2 for the "fangs only" version...(or switch the numbers for
staging, depending on your views of how staging works).

As far as the poison injectors go...I'd treat that attack rather like that of a
Narcoject dart (essentially, if it breaks the skin, you're injected with the
stuff, but see the book for details). If you'd rather have the fangs able to
actually remove blood from the victim, pay the same price as the injector
system, but the system would probably use a pump system rather than the
injector.

For those who are interested in a really bizarre cyberweapon, check out the
Cyberpunk/Hardwired sourcebook version of the Cybersnake... Walter Jon
Williams got the idea from a dream, and included it in his novel; the original
game stats are in the Hardwired sourcebook, which he wrote.
