Unless I'm very mistaken, a cyborg is any(one)(thing) created by
merging living flesh with a machine. The Terminator was a cyborg,
but so is the average street sam, or decker, or anyone with the
least bit of cyberware (see the common prefix?). It seems that on
this list, the term has changed to refer specifically to cybernetic
entities that are controlled by some sort of AI. Which is fine, just
so long as you know the other definition exists.
I'll get down off my soapbox and put away my copy of Webster's, now...
