Heyo,
The question has been brought up about using the combat pool to fire
weapons if you're not rigged into the vehicle you're driving. I would say it
depends. If the character is leaning out the window of a 4X4 shooting a
Predator, then IMHO, no, that character cannot use its combat pool. But let's
say that the vehicle being driven had mounted weapons which are fire linked to
the steering wheel (or HOTAS, or whatever piloting device you might have), so
that the character is not distracted from driving in a really substantial way,
then yeah, the combat pool can be used.
