Sorry that I couldn't post sooner, but here my say on the Subject:
Magic Can Not Work in the Matrix...It can work on the meat or on the
hardware but not in the Net it self..I agree with Elder Dan on this...
There where a number of great spell in the NA-GEE for deckers...
I Totally disagree with Virtual Realities in having Increase in
target number with there Magic Attribute or there Sorcery Skill...I'm a
Decker/Mage not a Mage/Dacker....My Skill are split between
Sorcery:Spellcasting and Computer:Softwere:Decking...I know nothing or
very little about Summing or Hardware...I had to split my skill between
my Meat skill (Armed Combat), Astral skills (Spellcasting), and Matrix
skills (Decking)...You have to be a specialist in this field...You can't
be a generalist...As with the Case of the Mage with Conjered Elemental..
And What's this crap about a "mage's mind is molded to a way of
thinking..." That's BS...Everyone can change there way of thinking...
And Why is there no Modifes for people who Go from the "Real World"
the "Virtual World" or from the "Real World" to the "Astral
Plane"..It's
just BS..If you are a Mage and then becomes a Decker that's Diffrent...
You most likely have a 1 level Decking rating that mean unless you have
some heave Equipment your just Dead Meat...
