The Increase Reaction spell in SR1 increases reaction by +1 and initiative
by +1D6 per level(i.e. Increase Reaction +3 gives +3 Reaction and +3D6 to
Initiative.)

Of course the designers realized this spell was too powerful as it is and
changed it to 2 seperate spells; Increase reaction +? and Increase
Initiative +?. This tones down the spell somewhat since it can often
times unbalance a game. BTW, this change is in SRII and those who play
SRI can take this optionally if they want.
