] Actually, I think it would turn with the Vampire. The books speak
of mages and cybereyes and their sacrifice of eyes and essence
loss results in it becoming 'part of it'. After all, what would
happen to the Magician who has cybereyes and casts a shapechange
turning him/her-self into a bat, rat, etc.. The cybereyes are
transformed with the magician.
Consequently, IMHO, as far as cyberware and mistform, I would
say it turns with them.
For the same reasoning, I would guess that cyberware installed
*prior* to their HMHVV infection would remain.
Such cyberware would also reduce the total essence the vampire
could have so that your cyber-vamp who has and essence of
2 would be maxing out at 4 points rather than the 2d6 in the
book.
While on the subject- how the hell does FASA justify the Quickness
they give to Nemesis in -Total Eclipse- ?
If I am rambling or incoherent, excuse me- I have been running a
100+ fever for about 3 days straight....
