I don't care what people think about the magic orientation in SR. The
magic aspect is supposed to make the game fun and besides for a mage to
actually become somewhat powerful it would take a long time, lots of runs
and many sacrifices. Where all the freaking Samuri have to do is get money
and say "Duh yeah I'll take one a dem new cyberarms" I mean magic is not
at "thing" it is an art just as much as shooting a weapon or using combat
skills. If you don't know what your doing you can kill yourself. So to
whoever the dink (not to offend anyone) is who proposed the increase drain
spell and astral flash paks and such I have only one thing to say. Have a
friend hold thier right arm perpendicular to thier body in the direction of
this mental midget, extend the middle finger, and hold the hand parallel to
each person. (not to offend anyone because I really dont want to make
enimies but come on I mean there are so little option open for musers
already. Just play one for a year or so and you'll know.)
