Subject:	SRI to SRII Spell Conversion

Has anyone thought about spell design rules for SRII? We converted
characters from first edition to second without much problem, except
for the magi. Well all had a bunch of spells from the Grimoire that
we didn't know what to do with. Has anyone come up with any rules for
spell design for second edition akin to those found in the Grimoire.
Or perhaps someone has converted the spell lists to second edition.
<Hopefull look in his eyes.> Any help will be apreaciated.
