Won't work. The problem is rotational velocity. Gas Venting works
*after* the force of recoil has caused the weapon to fire. Long enough
of a delay for the barrels to have rotated. Now, the gas venting isn't
directed upward to force the barrels down, but at an angle opposite
the direction of rotation. Now you have to deal with precessional
forces, just like trying to turn a gyroscope in a way it doesn't want
to go. Your tracking then goes way off and you've got a worse problem
than the original recoil.
