>>>>>>[ I seriously doubt anyone could use a tac-nuke and get away
with it
scot free. They tend to leave a very dangerous radiation signature
behind, and are also easily tracked most of the time if launched
ballistically. From the info I've seen on the net recently, the
only explanation that makes sense is the microwave laser sattelite
theory. Here's my formula for stopping this:
1) Find out which satellite did the job (deck in and check out
each sat's log) and who owns it.
2) Crash that company's satellite control system and set the
satellites in a rapidly decaying orbit.
There is one more possibility, a decker may have entered a
satellite and fired it on behalf of some johnson. In this case
we'll have to check the rumor mill and stake out a few matrix
locations until we find the culprit.

AAAAAAA:: Here's another reason that you couldn't get away with setting off a
> nuclear device anywhere on the planet without many people knowing

>>When a nuclear device is detonated, the massive energy pulse
>>that comes from the force of the explosion will most likely
>>destroy most of the lower-orbit satellites, as well as
>>completely isolating that area of the world from the net.
