The skill that would be used to work on a Banshee is Aircraft.

I got this from Shadowrun 1, page 60. It has categories that all skills fall
under. They are:

>GROUND VEHICLES
> Car
> Bike
> Hovercraft
>BOATS
> Motorboat
> Sailboat
>AIRCRAFT
> Winged Planes
> Rotor Craft
> Vectored thrust

That proves that Vectored Thrust B/R is a specialization of Aircraft B/R.
Thanks youf your help guys, but no one clearly stated the answer, so I had to
do a bit of research!
