As to computer based spell design--Why couldn't an AI design a spell?!
After all in order for a hermetic to design a spell, he needs his hermetic
library which can be conveniently stored on optic chip... Seems to me all ya
need ta do then is feed the Thaumaturgy rules in with it, and then just tell it
what the spell needs to do... 30 seconds later, the AI pumps out your Latin (or
greek, or whatever) scroll for the spell offa your local printer... makes sense
ta me... of course, the maxforce would hafta be based offa the Hermetic library
rating and the programs rating... but even so...
