Ok, up until now this whole thing has simple been discussion. It seems
that the time has come to get a good idea of who is interested (ie, who
would participate) in a SHADOWTK mailing list.

NOTE: Listnames are limited to 8 character, that is why I chose SHADOWTK,
but if you have a better idea, let me know.

Ok, how to vote:

Send me a mail message with either a yes or no.
I will archive all of the votes and report back.
I will keep a record of who voted what.
Only those people currently on the SHADOWRN rolls are eligible (determined
by a REVIEW SHADOWRN sent to the listserv)
The record of who voted how will be posted to the list to verify votes (just
like on USEnet)

Depending on the voting, that will determine on whether I will look for a
home for it. If there are enough 'NO' votes, then the matter will be dropped.
