Okay, a good reason that COMPUTER, NOT COMPUTER THEORY could be done by
a reflex recorder: when you logon, how long does it take you? With me,
since I logon often, I have it down to a science. I wind up typing the
password and such at lightspeed, and I screw up if I think about what
I'm doing. Granted, all computer stuff wouldn't be able to be done that
way, but a lot of it can. I am talking about TYPING, not programming.
That's why only the Computer skill would work. Like the rules said
(oooh...:)

Some of the simple things can almost be done by memory. Biotech I have
a problem with, since you are dealing with different circumstances each
time, unlike my logging in. You can DO surgery by reflex, but if any
complications set in then you'd be f*cked. Some electronics can be done
by memory, but it would almost have to be ultra-specialized (i.e. I can
fix the Sony datajack model hr4280, but nothing else. Think REPETITIVE
actions.
