Well, here's my view on putting the AUG-CSL Weapon System together...

I think that most anyone with a decent firearms skill would be able to put it
together/take it apart. It's sorta like how people can take apart a gun to
clean it without a B/R skill. It seems that a B/R skill could help., and the
GM could make the character roll either firearms or intelligence to see if they
got it back together properly if they didn't have B/R.
