Here is a quick, short question:

In SR II they allow for team karma. My question is:

Do you think that team karma could be used for personal
upgrades?... STOP AND LISTEN!!!! (Sorry, just tired of
being misquoted...)

I am talking about Dice Rolling, for example, the Surgery
Target numbers for reducing the Essence Cost for Surgery.
Since the target for surgery is 10 - (New Essence), this
could be a pretty tough target; but what about if the team
karma leftover from a run was used for "re-roll failures" ?
