A few years back there was a tv series that was based on War of the Worlds;
basically the aliens had taken over slowly in this one...

Conjures up images of what I think the world will look like should the
world ever discover the truth behind the Universal Brotherhood.

How about Stephen King's Book "The Stand" ? (Quazi-vitas restructuring
of the worldish theme)

Max Headroom tv series (The mega-corps and the poverty-stricken world.)

Rollerblade (Think that was the title Skates+Motorcycles+Violent Contact
Sport) reminds me of what future sports would be like.

Logan's Run is kinda my envisionment of some of the Arcologies.

Currently hashing a plotline in my mind based on "Soylent Green"

Hardwired, or so I am told, is a movie of the same genre. The book
definitely is. (ever kiss a chick with a Weasel? :> )
