This came to my mind while reading the discussion on enhanced articulation...
In my game, I don't allow people to get ANY social skills on chip,
especially etiquette skills... (I'm refering to chips usable by a skillwire
system. I occasionally allow them as a reference library, but they provide no
bonuses to skill.... and many of the etiquette librarys go out of date REAL
fast..) Does anyone else not allow them as active chips?
Does anyone else have a 'different' way of treating them?
flames, comment, opinions welcome...
