Dave, I must disagree with you on your view that the person who got turned
to goo will reform. In "Never Deal with a Dragon" , the first SR novel, a Tir
Elven Mage turns on ork to goo, and when he releases the spell, the ork stays g
oo. I would say that you must sustian the spell for a # of actions = targets w
p, resisiting drain each action, and then the spell is permament.
