I've got a little story to add:

In my last campaign, my PC's had to make a high threat raid on a
electronics firm that happened to be less than a mile away from the nearest
police station.

They needed a diversion, so split the team in two, half going
for the target, and half creating a diversion. The diversion they came
up with was interesting, they blew up the police station with a few pounds
*POUNDS* of c-12!!!!! Some people spare no expense!!!

Needless to say it was an effective diversion! However the cops
didn't appreciate it very much and made life difficult.
