I was fascinated by the mention of space colonies in NAGRL too, but
what I've been doing is using the Near Orbit (at least I think that's the name)
supplement for Cyberpunk from R.Tal... It's got some useful info, and the thing
is, there's no need to make changes for magic--no mage in his/her right mind
would ever consider spending time on a suborbital... After all, they could lose
their connection...
