Hey chummers,
Since R. Hayden is going to be out of town and I started this crazy
EM-committee idea, I'll keep coordinate this at least until he returns. Please
just post any ideas to the list with titles starting with VCC for Vehicle
Construction Committee. This will make them easy to pick out.
Now my first proposal is to divide the rules construction into three parts
Part I: Vehicle Basics - Chassis, Suspension, Motors, etc.
Part II: Cost - determining the cost of all the basics.
Part III: Revisions - as needed
